SAVE THE DATE: Hague Talks What’s at Stake: How Does Corruption Affect Us?

October 31 @ 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Join us for the next edition of the Hague Talks. The event promises interesting stories from around the world.

At least 5% of Global GDP is lost to corruption every year. Now, more than a100 heads of states and organisations have called for an international organ to support the international fight against corruption. But what is (grand) corruption and how does it materialise in our day-to-day life? Who is affected by corruption? And how would “another” international organisation contribute to stopping corruption and promote transparency and accountability?

The Hague Talks Hague Justice Week 2024 edition has invited three speakers to bring the reality of corruption to the audience and answer the questions on our minds.

We will hear from seasoned professionals working on national and international corruption capable of explaining why collective efforts, supported by local stories and experiences, has the power to effect real change.

The speakers and moderator will be announced shortly.
